GRAPPLING & GROUNDFIGHTING: S.P.E.A.R. FOR THE MMA GG-25 This was a training session to prepare me (Phil Hughes) for my first MMA event. The tape is primarily focused on the initial 'Big Bang' moment. Content is very physical and includes: warming up, Designated Hitter, Fighting vs. Sparring mindset, Replication, BMF and S.P.E.A.R. training methods. Taped training concludes with groundfighting and live footage of the fight.
